Santevia Water Systems Inc. guarantees the components of your Santevia products to be free from defects in workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 30 days or 90 days (see table below). Please examine all parts prior to assembly. During this period, if you discover that any of the parts of your system are damaged or broken due to a manufacturing defect or shipping accident; please submit a warranty case here and it will be examined by our QA department.

Customer negligence, accidental damage, and water damage of electronic components are not covered under our warranty policy. This policy also does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your Santevia product.

To the extent permitted by local law, this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, and precludes any other obligation on the part of the manufacturer, distributor or dealer, including any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province.

Santevia Water Systems guarantees your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your product, please contact us here. You will be asked to return the product to Santevia’s Head Office in original condition, at which time you will be refunded for your purchase.

Please note: This policy only applies to products purchased on If you have purchased the goods at another store/location, you will be subject to their return/refund policies.


Regarding returns: If you purchased your Santevia products at, you are covered under our 30 day money back guarantee. Please return the product Santevia’s Head Office in original condition, at which time you will be refunded for your purchase.

Please note: Santevia reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for products not returned in original condition.

Retailer: If you purchase Santevia products from a retailer or online retailer other than Santevia, you must return your Santevia products to that retailer and will be subject to the retailer's return policies.
